Cheese Sauce Recipe

What you’ll need 

1 Whole block Of Strong Cheese (Grated)

2 Tablespoons of Butter (roughly 75g)

2 Tablespoons of Plain Flour

Half a Pint of Milk (Gold top or full fat for best effect)

What To Do

  1. Grate your cheese
  2. Melt the butter in a pan, be sure not to burn it
  3. at the flour and stir to form a yellowish paste
  4. add the milk and then stir
  5. chuck in your cheese and stir till its all melted in
  6. serve
  7. enjoy
  8. Don’t look at the weighing scales because this sauce is about 4 days worth of fat and calories.
